Bupa Dental Care has launched its 2025 Graduate Program, aimed at inspiring the next generation of dentists by providing them with the opportunity to learn from and work alongside some of Australia’s most respected dentists.

The 12-month program offers dental graduates a practical, supported, and dynamic learning experience. Graduates will benefit from a dedicated mentor and the chance to work and grow within Bupa Dental Care’s network of 168 practices across Australia.

Bupa Dental Care director, Guneet Sawhney, said the program aims to provide young dentists with everything they need to build a satisfying and meaningful career in the industry.

“There is a strong commitment to professional development and growth at Bupa Dental Care through our graduate program which continues to support young dentists in living up to their full potential,” Sawhney said.

“A key part of this development is through dedicated mentorship from our experienced dentists who are eager to educate, support and share skills based on a graduate’s individual needs and interests.

“It’s a flexible program that delivers meaningful and practical guidance.”

Recognising the importance of networking for new dentists, the program includes connection opportunities with more than 1100 talented dentists, dental specialists and oral health therapists from all over Australia.

“Some graduates feel overwhelmed by administrative and non-clinical tasks, but we allow them to concentrate on patient care and skill development by having our support team manage the backend,” Sawhney said.
