I just use the one shade, B2, and it works in the majority of situations while looking very natural. It\u2019s a good choice of composite even if I\u2019m working on a large restoration.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-s-good-about-it\">What\u2019s good about it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s easy to work with. I find that some other composites are quite sticky and difficult to handle. P60 handles nicely and doesn\u2019t stick to your instruments. The finished restoration polishes up beautifully, creating a nice natural look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It comes in a four-gram syringe that\u2019s designed to minimise wastage. It sculpts well and can be shaped to match the tooth anatomy. It makes it easy to provide good marginal adaptation and inter-proximal contact. Filtek P60 has been used in our practices for years. While composites are expected to last seven to 10 years, I\u2019ve seen restorations coming through that are 14 years old and still going strong. Filtek P60 is just a good all-round posterior composite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-s-not-so-good\">What\u2019s not so good<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Filtek P60 only comes in a limited range of shades. Fortunately, I find that the B2 works in most situations.
